Day 1: ARRIVAL AHMEDABAD

Jumma Masjid: This mosque is the most impressive mosque of Ahmedabad. This mosque was built in 1424 during the control of Ahmed Shah. The mosque was initially proposed only for private use of the Sultans. This mosque is built in Indo-Sarsenic Islamic architectural style with yellow sandstone.
Rani Rupmati Masjid: This mosque was named for the princess of Dhar who married the Sultan of Ahmedabad. This mosque is one more example of the Indo-Sarcenic blended style of architecture.
Kankaria Lake: Kankaria Lake is the biggest lake in the city. This place is the famous leisure place for the tourist. In the heart of the lake is an island patch with a summer palace known as Nagina Wadi. The lake is a popular amusement center, surrounded by parks, an aquarium, a boat club, a natural historical museum and a zoo.

Ghandhi Aashram: Gandhi Ashram is established by Mahatma Gandhi on a calm stretch of the Sabarmati river in 1917. During the life span of Mahatma Gandhi it was known as Satyagraha Ashram and was the midpoint of India's freedom movement. The ashram now has a museum, the Gandhi Smarak Sangrahalay.
ISKCON Temple: The temple with its calm and peaceful environment offers the perfect spot to spend some quiet time with oneself. This temple is devoted to Lord Krishna and his companion Radha. This is one of the most beautiful temples of the city. Everyday thousands of devotees come to this gigantic temple to offer their prayers to Lord Krishna.
